Built Theme Health's B2B outbound from scratch: who to reach, sending domains kept apart from the main one, and sequences for each type of partner. Before that, a quiz funnel that turns a visitor's answers into a personal health insight.

A stablecoin on-ramp for Argentina
Coinbase entered Argentina in January 2025, after the country's securities regulator (CNV) registered it as a virtual asset service provider. My team built the peso-to-USDC purchase flow and the compliant onboarding behind it.

I evaluated several vendors, assessed the technical risk of each, and worked the decision through with finance and legal before the partner went live. It's the same kind of vendor diligence I now do for clients.

Canada and Latin America engineering
Grew the team from three or four engineers to more than twelve, hiring most of it, while shipping payment rails, onboarding, and flow-of-funds work in regulated markets.

Led the team behind Shopify's pay-over-time product, built with Affirm. It lifted conversion 3.8% and added about $60M in incremental GMV.

Built core features for the in-app payment system behind most of Zynga's games, used by millions of players.

Shop Channel
Grew the Shop sales channel from 20K to 1.7M merchants and raised its App Store rating from 1.8 to 4.8 stars.

Native shopping in the Shop app
Led the team that launched a fully native shopping experience in the Shop app, built on Shopify's Storefront and Admin APIs, and went on to own checkout, product, catalog, and collections for an app with over 100 million buyers.
